BROWN BUTTER CREATIONS OPENING
It's the moment all of you sweet lovers have been waiting for...Brown Butter Creations OPENS TOMORROW (December 7th) in the One Stop Plaza on New London Turnpike. Their new little shop is so super sweet literally and figuratively. We are obsessed with the gorg decor and collection of baked goods. Stop in and try their homemade one of their delectable sweets. We are so upset to report that one of our absolute favorite boutique clothing stores is CLOSING! EVEREVE at Evergreen Walk will shut down January 5th. The store manager broke the news to us when we were there Black Friday. Such a bummer...they will still be available online: www.evereve.com
b. kind BOUTIQUE OPENS IN FULLER YOGA
b. kind boutique has opened a new location inside the Fuller Yoga Studio in Glen Lochen. Owner Victoria Gleixner is from Glastonbury and excited to have her shop here in town. She was previously located in West Hartford Center. She sells handcrafted soaps wrapped in plantable wildflower paper, handpoured candles, lip balms, and other fun gifts. HUGE TURNOUT FOR 2400 MAIN GRAND OPENING
The Scoop Glastonbury hosted a Grand Opening Gathering with 2400 Main on November 18th and the turnout was pretty incredible. We were expecting about 50 people and nearly 200 showed up to celebrate with owner, Stacy Britnell. She moved from the basement to the first floor of the house at 2400 Main on the corner of Main and Hebron Avenue. Stop by her new location and see all the amazing things she has to offer. *Oliver's Pajama Project is underway for the 6th year in a row. The goal for this amazing 10-year old is to collect 6,500 pair of pajamas for families in need. You can drop off PJ's at Liquid Nirvana on Main Street until December 15th. Oliver was also recently chosen as the Local CT Community Hero for The River 105.9's Annual Tree Lighting at Evergreen Walk. He was on hand this past weekend to do the honors. GO OLIVER!
