HERE’S THE SCOOP…
THE FRESH MONKEE SET TO GROW WITH FRANCHISING ANNOUNCEMENT
The Fresh Monkee is franchising. Local owner (and our friend), Judy Flynn, contacted us with this exciting news a few months ago and we could not be more excited for her! There is nothing as inspiring as someone who took an idea, made it happen, and then grew it into something people know and love! Judy was a mom of two looking for something easy and healthy to bring on-the-go, so she created it herself in a tiny space in Wethersfield. Now she has FIVE locations and is looking to expand across the country with the right partners. How many times can we say LOVE before it gets annoying? If you have ever dreamed of owning a franchise and want to offer the world a healthier alternative, THIS. IS. IT. Check out our video with them below to learn more or email Judy at: Franchise@TheFreshMonkee.com

PLANS UNFOLDING FOR THE GALLERY
The Gallery is currently being gutted to make way for a new tenant. According to Dave Dumeer, Senior VP of Transactional Services at Goman + York, The Gallery's owner is currently in negotiations with a fine dining restaurant. If all goes well, they hope to have a deal signed soon and a restaurant open by next summer (WOO-HOO!!!). From what we hear, it's going to be a good one, so STAY TUNED!
NEW AUTO REPAIR GARAGE OPENING
There is a new tenant for the building on Welles Street a few doors down from the Library's side entrance. Century Auto Service is COMING SOON to that location. Looks like they also have a Rocky Hill shop. Stay tuned for opening details.
