THE LATEST ON PLANS FOR PROPERTY ACROSS FROM FOUNTAIN

A few different renderings have been presented as part of a potential development across from the fountain, but it's all going through the town approval process. Developers and the owners of Zohara and DORO Marketplace want to bring the two restaurants to the building next to Daybreak (where the bike shop is currently). Here is the easy-to-understand short of it: They are waiting to eventually schedule a meeting between the TPZ, The Town Council, and the ASDRC to figure out the best way forward. We are hoping for a good outcome on this...stay tuned!
