WOODLEDGE POOL CLUB HAS MEMBERSHIPS OPENINGS
Every year, you say you want to join a pool club, but never take the plunge (no pun intended). Instead, you decide to skip it, but end up with a chaotic summer of entertaining your kiddos and running around. STOP!!! A pool club is built-in entertainment, people. And, lucky for you, right now, Woodledge Pool Club is accepting applications for select 2025 memberships. This little hidden oasis in South Glastonbury offers structured kids programs including swim and tennis lessons, swim team, and Varsity and Junior Varsity tennis teams. They also have pickleball, basketball, a playscape, a gaga pit, and baby pool. Not to mention their incredible social events including Family Night, School's Out, Bingo Nights, Burger Nights, Tennis Tournaments and more. We posted on social that Flynn's Grill in South Glastonbury was up for lease and had an amazing response of people interested in opening something there. As usual, we have 1,000 ideas for this hot spot, but we'll leave it to the experts. We are hearing that there is a letter of intent out already for SOMETHING AMAZING!!!!! STAY TUNED!

We are so nosy and have been driving by the gorgeous new apartments called the Smith Center Lofts across from CVS on Main Street and needed to know more. They are currently up for lease starting at $3,950 (jaw drop). OK...ok...we are OK, buttttt WOWZA! We will say that they are GORGIE GORG and some units include a basement and parking garage. Money raised in past years has gone toward multiple projects in town including the GHS Concession Stand, Riverfront Pavilion, the Splash Pad at Addison Park, and most recently, a therapy dog for the Glastonbury School system.
