This new self-discovery oasis was started by Glastonbury native Melissa Wooldridge Breton. She wanted a space where people could live their dreams and lead with authenticity. She offers a multitude of holistic modalities including breathwork, sound healing, Reiki, EFT tapping, Vagus nerve toning, manifesting, relaxing touch therapies, and more. The space is a welcoming spot where anyone can come and be themselves on the journey to finding who they truly are. She works with individuals and groups to coach people on whatever it is they are seeking to resolve, heal, or enhance. The space is peaceful and light with some comforting touches of nature.
