My Gym Glastonbury is going mobile! The children’s fitness center will now offer their services for birthday parties, events, and more ON-THE-GO. They plan to bring the fun to you! Visit www.mygym.com for more information.

Boutique gyms are hot right now in Glastonbury! F45 Training will be the latest small gym to open in town at 730 Hebron Avenue. Their grand opening won’t be until the end of April. According to their Facebook page, it is high intensity interval training where you switch exercises every 45 seconds to a minute. Exercises include things like rowing, lunging, sprinting, or weighted squat jumps. There are television screens counting down each segment of exercise. They are currently hiring fitness instructors and managers.
