NEWLY RENOVATED BUILDING OFFERS SPACE IN IDEAL LOCATION
We cannot believe someone hasn't yet scooped (haha) up this perfect space in Glastonbury! There are currently two end spaces available in this centrally located building right near Michael's, TJMaxx, and Shoprite. Putnam Bridge Plaza is partially owned by Kushner Development (Remember our friends Jason Kushner and Rocco Gondek?) and the Gondek family. It was recently painted, but there are plans for a complete exterior renovation. The Gondek family includes Rocco, a commercial real estate broker/developer, Brittney, a 2008 GHS grad and now residential and commercial designer as well as a commercial broker, and Paul (their dad) who is well-known throughout town as a residential and commercial developer for more than four decades. So...let's talk about these incredible spaces! They are practically move-in ready with central air and private restrooms. Each is more than five-thousand square feet but can be divided to two-thousand square feet. One was formerly Aspen Dental, so it's fully built out as a medical/dental office. The other was a second hand shop, so the interior is good to go for retail. But we think this has endless possibilities since there is an option for outdoor seating (great location to shop, eat, drink, don't ya think?!). On a side note, but an important one, Jason and Rocco are great guys and ideal landlords (not always easy to find). For more information, check out the Loopnet listing HERE or contact Jason at 860.930.4283 or Rocco at 860.818.0226.

INCREDIBLE EDIBLES NOW OPEN
A brand new food concept launched this past weekend right here in Glastonbury. Incredible Edibles is now OPEN in the former Simple Greek space at Somerset Square. They offer a wide selection of healthful foods including smoothies, salads, and drinks. We loved their flight of Cross Culture Kombucha that allows you to taste the different flavors they have on tap. And we love that the kombucha is made locally by a family in Danbury. Also, any of their drink offerings can be infused with CBD or you can choose from a multitude of high quality CBD products. This will be one of our new go-tos! Check it out!
GLASTONBURY CITIZEN SOLD TO NEW OWNERS
Huge news from our favorite hometown newspaper, The Glastonbury Citizen. They announced last week that the paper has been SOLD to new owners. The paper has been owned by the Hallas family since 1952. The Rare Reminder (also a family owned paper out of Rocky Hill) now owns and operates both The Citizen and the Rivereast News Bulletin.
