FATHER-SON TEAM OFFERS GORGEOUS DESIGNS AND HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE
To say we are obsessed with Magnum Homes is...well...kind of an understatement. That's because their designs are so incredibly GORG and give us all the feels! Father-son duo, Robert and Matt Cosma are a one-of-a-kind team working on commercial and residential design and construction. They recently added one of our faves, Kelly Farley, to the mix as their official Office Manager. Talk about a match made in heaven...Kelly is super organized and also has an eye for design! Robert's decades of experience and relentless attention to detail combined with Matt's exceptional work ethic, calm demeanor, and modern design sensibility make for the perfect combo. They offer luxury bath and kitchen renos, basement buildouts, home remodeling and additions, and commercial space remodeling and buildouts. Their drive toward perfection allows them to provide excellent customer care, superb craftsmanship, and meticulousness. The two have created designs that are too stunning to describe. OLD SPARKLE CAR WASH DEMOLISHED
The long-time Sparkle Car Wash (recently renamed The Car Wash Center) has been taken down and will be replaced by a new, state-of-the-art car wash obviously called The Car Wash Center. Check out their Newington location to see what you can expect or see the posted rendering below!
FIREBOX RESTAURANT IN HARTFORD IS REOPENING!
We could not be more excited about this news! One of our all-time faves, Firebox is REOPENING under a new name, Fire by Forge. This was our GO-TO Hartford restaurant and we cannot wait to see what the reopening brings. We have reached out to see about a timeline and will keep you posted!

RED FOX MENU IS OUT
The new steakhouse that is going into Glen Lochen has released their menu. We still do not have a timeline for the OPENING of Red Fox Prime. They are working through some build-out issues and approvals through the town. The menu is pretty extensive and we have heard amazing things about the Middletown location, so we are looking forward to checking it out. In the meantime, we will let you know as soon as we learn of the OPENING DATE. Check out the menu below!

*The old Polka Dots house has been demolished. They will also take down the house behind it to make way for the new employee parking lot and delivery area for Trader Joe's. We are working on a timeframe for opening and will let you know as soon as we hear!
*We recently learned that Pizza Hut has moved forward with build out plans for the end-cap in the plaza near ShopRite across from Nardelli's. This is on the East Hartford/Glastonbury line. Stay tuned for opening details.
*There is a super cool new festival happening just a short ride from Glastonbury. The Goodspeed Airport Festival is being held August 27th from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and will feature food trucks, vendors, sky divers, hot air balloons (with tethered balloon rides), and live music! *Old Wethersfield will host PorchFest 2022 on August 27th from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. We have heard this is an incredibly fun event with LIVE music, vendors along Main Street in Old Wethersfield, and drink and meal specials. Great family fun!
