HERE’S THE SCOOP…

GLENBROOKE EXPANDS, OFFERS AN EXCITING NEW PROGRAM FOR KIDS

Glenbrooke Outdoor Sports Center (formerly Glenbrooke Pool Club) has been renamed to fit their new offerings. Registration is now OPEN for their new recreational day program for kids ages 6 to 13. It runs all summer and includes AM, PM, or ALL-DAY sessions. Here is a rundown...AM: swim and tennis lessons, basketball, pickleball, ping-pong, horseshoes, and lawn games. PM: soccer development on their new field, double-dutch jump rope, arts and crafts, plus open swim. WOAH! The kiddos will come home happy and exhausted (now that's a double-win!). You can sign-up for the entire summer or one week at a time (we love options!). This is an extremely well-thought out, organized program that was developed by the people who literally have Glenbrooke in their DNA. Rose Rainville's dad was one of the founders of the club back in 1964. And, the new recreational director's grandparents were charter members. That means they CARE deeply about their members and offerings. They recently built the Melissa Joy Molin Memorial Soccer Field. It will be home to the Coerver Soccer Development and Training Program! NEW BUSINESS HELPS OVERWHELMED PARENTS PIVOT AND THRIVE

Local mom, Marisa O'Brien recently realized what she is meant to do with her life. She literally had that AH-HA moment where she was going in one direction, but realized that her destined path was right before her very eyes. Let's rewind a bit...her 7-year old son is clinically diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. Marisa was struggling some challenges and was at the end of her rope when she learned new strategies that changed her family's entire life. She is now certified in those same strategies and knows what it takes to help parents find peace. Marisa recently launched her own business, Marisa O'Brien Parent Breakthrough. She specializes in evolved neuro-linguistic programming. These techniques help parents who are overwhelmed and stressed learn strategies to make them confident and calm in managing challenging behaviors. The results have been life-changing and almost magical for many of her clients. Some of the struggles her parents face are simply because of their own limiting beliefs, but others are coping with kids who have ADHD, Anxiety, or Autism. Don't miss her FREE training program on Facebook, Tuesday, February 9th for parents of anxious kids. Or, click HERE to book a complimentary, one-on-one call with Marisa.
