HERE’S THE SCOOP…
FITNESS STORE OFFERS ONE OF A KIND ITEMS
Numinous Fitness Apparel & Accessories opened this past Saturday next to Empowered Indoor Cycling Studio. Numinous is a feel good boutique offering many unique brands, including Sea Bags and Sisco Berluti…popular with Hollywood celebs (and friends with the owner)…they will design a special Numinous bracelet. Pretty cool, right?! Farm to Bath soaps (based in South Glastonbury), Free People, and Born Primitive are also available. Visit them at 345 New London Turnpike and tell them we sent you!
MOBILE BOUTIQUE COMES TO TOWN
Thistle & Reed is fashion on wheels! The mobile boutique offers contemporary bohemian style clothes and jewelry for women. Owners, Marisa O’Brien (new to Glastonbury) and Shannon Pecorelli, bring their fashion truck to home parties, ladies’ nights, fundraisers, bridal showers, or bachelorette parties. The long time friends came up with the idea after working together in the fashion industry for over a decade. Browse their website to see what they offer or to learn how to book an event with them!
REHABILITATION CENTER OFFERS CHRONIC PAIN RELIEF
Whole Body Rehabilitation recently opened in South Glastonbury. They share space with Jai Yoga in the plaza with Thai House and Sushi Bar. Massage therapist, Tim Tynan, specializes in Structural Energetic Therapy. It’s the only therapy of it’s kind in town and focuses on structural imbalance…something that accounts for 90% of pain in the body. Treatment can alleviate headaches, low back pain, sciatic pain, sports injuries, and joint stiffness, among a list of other chronic pain issues. Call Tim to book an appointment 860.458.3826 or click here for more information.
