CBD OIL BOUTIQUE TO DEBUT ON MAIN STREET GLASTONBURY

Your CBD Store will open at 2239 Main Street in Glastonbury just one week from today (June 24th). This is diagnolly across from Rankin Road in one of the big old houses on Main. Owner, Linda Muraski is excited to bring this product to town. Let’s talk about CBD…shall we? Cannabidiol is a compound found in industrial hemp plants. This is NOT THC (the psychoactive compound in marijuana that produces a high). The health benefits are reportedly endless, but are notably most beneficial for people suffering from arthritis, anxiety, recurring pain, addiction and PTSD. Users have said some of the products literally stop an anxiety attack dead in its tracks or have been miraculous in relieving arthritis. FOR. REAL. This is not regulated by the FDA, but has gained a huge following in the last several years as a natural alternative to pain medications that can often be addictive. Products at Your CBD Store are sourced from Colorado and are more pure than others. The space is upscale, bright, and beautiful. Read more about Your CBD Store HERE or visit them on Main Street starting next Monday.

CODING SCHOOL TO OPEN IN GLEN LOCHEN

The Coder School is coming to Glastonbury! GHS graduate, Chirayu Shah and his wife, Vaishali are opening their second location in Glen Lochen this September. Less than a year ago, they opened their Farmington school after searching for something that would challenge their son who was reading numbers and letters before the age of 2. The school started in Silicon Valley in 2014 and has rapidly grown across the country. It’s now the #1 coding school in the U.S. Kids learn the foundations of technology that will eventually give them the skills to build a robot, design games and websites, and become proficient in 3D printing…an incredible experience that can transfer to every single field of work! They find that this is particularly good for kids who like math or are autistic, but Vaishali encourages all kids, especially girls, to give it a try. Find them on Facebook and Instagram or email them at glastonbury@thecoderschool.com for more information about their fall schedule. See their new location (under construction below) and some pics of their Farmington school.

Not to mention their luxurious lotions and scrubs and non-toxic polish and products. Originally from Korea, Mihee knows skincare and pampering…this is her 4th time opening this type of business.
